We all win when...the fellowship membership increases, and in order to aid you in this endeavor the Fellowship Bookshop now has an audio tape that explains the purpose and function of the Fellowship and the new Enrollment Program.
The Founder Fiduciary, John B. Kotmair, Jr., and the past National Representative, Andrew Earp, packed this 90 minute audio tape full of the information needed to understand the new enrollment program, its advantages, and why it is beneficial for every member to participate in it. Such as; every new member takes the fellowship one step closer to the goals outlined in the "Victory Express". And once that happens, every member that the IRS, or any State taxing agency, plunders or makes a member a special guest of a federal bed and breakfast potentially becomes a millionaire. This will probably only happen once or twice and these agencies will be forced to stop harassing our members [harassment which is virtually non-existent now] because it will be counter productive to their purpose. Any way you look at it, the members will personally benefit from being actively involved in the new enrollment program.
With the participation of the full membership, this program is far more powerful than any so-called win in any court. This program gives us collectively the clout to check those manipulative forces bent on establishing a world government; and with us using the power from it wisely, we will be able to force those in both state and federal governments to the observance of their Constitutions, respectively.
If you would like a copy of the 90 minute audio and transcript please look in your most recent Liberty Tree newsletter for details, which was sent out in conjunction with the fellowship's members assistance program. Utilizing the tools that Tax Freedom 101 offers its enrollees with that of this new audio recording from headquarters should allow members to actively promote and recruit new members. After a member has referred as few as four others who also enroll, they will have effectively paid for their own membership plus created a member referral list which could potentially pay them for their initial time and effort for educating others over and over again.
Remember, we do this all in cash as we have always done, and there is no need for you to have an SSN, EIN, since we do not withhold, and we do not generate a 1099 at years end.

Yup, and this time it was caught on tape, and then broadcast on the local ABC affiliate channel 13 on the 11 o'clock news in Las Vegas. It got such a response from the viewers they aired it again on the morning edition. During a collection and "due process" hearing this IRS agent who is an appeals team manager for the region loses his cool when asked to show this citizen the law where he is liable. Perhaps all that needs to be said about praying a nation into war was said by Mark Twain in his short narrative entitled “The War Prayer.” If you haven't been chilled by it I invite you to take a few minutes right now and use it to prepare yourself for the other realizations alluded to in my title.
Our consideration of so-called emergency powers or war powers should begin and end with a thorough knowledge of the Constitution. It is sheer idiocy to pretend that the President or anyone else could possess a lawful power that magically appears as needed for every real or pretended emergency – a power for which he must never be called into question!? Does he take a modified Oath to the Constitution that goes something like “...to Protect and Defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic... 'unless something comes up.'” ???
Either our recent presidents despise the Constitution or they are ignorant of it. One has but to compare their rhetoric, their actions, and their pious moralizations – all void of intelligent Constitutional meaning and dialogue. More importantly, they not only disobey the Constitution, they deliberately avoid teaching it to their most ignorant constituents either by word or by example. Are you waiting as I am to hear an American president [cogently] say “by the power vested in me by Article II, Section such and such [pause]... please America, open your pocket Constitutions and let's us just read it together...” ???
Big companies make Big money out of Big Wars.
Just read “War Is A Racket” by Major General Smedley Darlington Butler, USMC Retired, – a man who discovered the truth of that title by doing research into wartime vs. peacetime corporate profits and visiting a lot of veterans' hospitals. Again, enough is said about that by Major General Butler. Truly we should read it and weep. We can easily bring that book up to date by multiplying the numbers of millionaires and billionaires that were made by World War I. Then factor in the trillionaires that will be made out of the next few wars. A few names have been changed among the largest companies - mergers and acquisitions you know.
When someone wants to go to war ask yourself who will be making the money and who will be doing the paying, the fighting and the dying.
Regarding banking, it should be noted that because of a little trick called fractional reserve banking which few understand, the banks can inflate the money supply to make extraordinary loans at any time, but this is especially beneficial to them in times of war or other catastrophes. While emergency supplies of something to be used for money may be necessary to prosecute a war, one must ask the question: who ultimately benefits from the creation of this money or of these special loans? If you would like to visit the Bank for International Settlements website at www.bis.org you can read an original charter provision that makes that organization immune from war. “Fight if you must, but when the smoke clears, please kindly remember to pay us your balances along with interest and late penalties.”
The Charter provision spoken of above reads as follows: "The Bank, its property and assets and all deposits and other funds entrusted to it shall be immune in time of peace and in time of war from any measure such as expropriation, requisition, seizure, confiscation, prohibition or restriction of gold or currency export or import, and any other similar measures." It is arguable that the paper coupons passing for money in the U.S. are a type of Wartime Money - not lawfully but de facto.
The Constitution forever proscribes paper money and there was never any Amendment to allow it. The history of eroding liberties [and private property - its most important support] in this country can be traced through the 1800s as our currency was debased or debauched through the machinations of bankers and confidence men who eventually exercised political control over the supreme Court. Again and again these measures have been promoted to solve this or that 'emergency' situation. America had resorted to paper money as an emergency measure to help prosecute the Revolution against Great Britain. But we later wisely determined never to have paper money again. From the Constitutional Convention: "Mr. WILSON & Mr. SHERMAN moved to insert after the words "coin money" the words "nor emit bills of credit, nor make any thing but gold & silver coin a tender in payment of debts" making these prohibitions absolute, instead of making the measures allowable..." See Madison's Notes on the Federal Convention August 28, 1787."
Consider some of Bancroft's last few words in that work:
"...paper money is the dry rot, which silently and unseen consumes the beams and joists which support the house and its floors."
For some reason the Founders and Framers reminded us again and again of two evils that could devastate the Republic and ravage our liberties. They were Standing Armies and Paper Money.
