After my recent emission of this e-newsletter in HTML format,
certain cyber-luddites on our mailing list protested
vociferously. One was so adamant in his aversion to the now
widely accepted HTML format as to state that "experts agree" its
use in basic e-mail to be entirely inappropriate(!), whereupon a
waggish friend of mine quipped that perhaps this individual
should be mounted in a display case bearing a sign: "In Case Of
Sudden Reversion To 8-Track Players Or 5-1/4" Floppies, Break
Glass!". But since some of you apparently still use e-mail
programs that do not allow receipt of HTML formatting with all of
its glorious colors and rich graphics, we will, for the time
being, abjure ... but not because we are recalcitrant
technophobes! ;-)

VERMONT - THE MOST CORRUPT STATE IN THE UNION?

Over the weekend of Sep 16-17, I drove through beautiful, verdant
Vermont to the town of New Haven (VT) to speak at the Second
Annual Northeast Constitutional Forum. Some of America's finest
patriots are slugging away up there to combat what may possibly
be the most corrupt and entrenched political system in the union
(although other states are certainly vying hard for the honor). I
doubt that many of you would suspect that one of the nation's
largest criminal rackets specializing in the trafficking of young
children for purposes of pedophilia, prostitution and child
pornography (and so-called "snuff films") is operating out of the
foothills of Vermont -- well suited to this evil enterprise due
to its plethora of rugged foothills where small planes can fly in
and out undetected. It appears that large elements of Vermont's
judges and elected officials are involved in, and covering up,
this heinous operation. If you've read "Thanks For the Memories",
"Trance-Formation Of America" or "The Franklin Coverup", you
already understand.

After my wife and I married each other in a beautiful, non-civil
ceremony in 1996, we made up a spiffy looking "Marriage
Certificate", complete with gold border and seal. It looks very
"ohh-fisshul"! My wife used it to change her last name on several
records with no problem. Thousands of types of marriage
certificates have been issued in American in as many
jurisdictions going back over one hundred years, with no
standardization. And bureaucrats just love "ohh-fisshul" looking
paperwork. Producing a piece of this spiffy paperwork "on demand"
will quell all inquiries.

As for our son, it is unlikely that he will ever go to work for
someone else after being raised to understand the value of
working for one's self. After all, when you work for someone
else, you redeem valuable hours of your life, one-by-one, for the
very least someone else is willing to pay you for them. When you
work for yourself, you can pay yourself what you're really worth!

My wife and I created an "Affidavit of Witness Of Live Birth"
containing all necessary birth and parental information and had
one executed by all attendees to the birth. We also whipped up a
spiffy looking "Birth Certificate", suitable for framing. In
addition, an affidavit can always be executed (either by us or
our son when of the age of majority) swearing to his citizenship,
if and when needed. He will have no difficulty obtaining a
passport, for example.

Remember: there is no requirement in the Constitution to register
your offspring with the government at any level!!!

We always chuckle when we receive this type of erratic neuronal
discharge. Interestingly, when this was splashed indiscriminately
onto computer monitors everywhere, the moon was NOT in its final
phase. It just proves that they'll let anyone up here on the
Internet without a license ;-)

First of all, inquiring minds want to know: does might really
make right? I thought it was the other way around. And as for the
allegation of conspiring "...to instruct, facilitate and
encourage members to file false and fraudulent Internal Revenue
Service forms and information returns through the United States
Mail", what planet does this individual come from? Can you find
anywhere on the www.informamerica.com web site, or in any e-mail
you have ever read from either INFORM AMERICA! or from the
SAVE-A-PATRIOT FELLOWSHIP where anyone is "instructed" or
"encouraged" to do anything whatsoever?

We never give advice. We're famous for that. Funny, too, that
somehow the dissemination of the tax laws as actually written has
never seemed to us to qualify as the "promulgation of ... illegal
tax evasion schemes".

For the record, I know who the individual is behind
http://www.treasurytaxsecrets.com/warn/wsap-1.htm, but we never
seek to vilify or impeach others in the court of public opinion.
Such behavior does the freedom movement a severe disservice (and
perhaps someone should inform Lunatic of that fact). Besides,
we're not hypocrites! We fully support the First Amendment right
of individuals everywhere to make total fools of themselves in
print!

And that's all the time -- and text -- this type of "looney
tunes" warrants.

SAM'S PRIVACY CLUB

I first received word of this hilarious web site from an
egroups.com list to which I subscribe. This is too funny! Whoever
this "Sam" is at www.samsprivacyclub.com, he's a real character.
I ordered their "Special Report" titled "How To Stop Tax
Withholding" and, trust me when I tell you, it's dead accurate
and spot on the money. Whoever these folks are, their outrageous,
witty humor aside, they certainly understand the Law. I can only
presume that their other reports are equally bold and
informative, although I've not yet read them. As "Sam" says, this
web site is certain to give the IRS "the fits". Highly
recommended!

REMEMBER THE THREE RULES!
-------------------------

As a dear friend and compatriot states: "It can be a lot of fun
standing up for your rights when you have nothing to lose!" This
is a good time to remember the THREE RULES stated on the
www.informamerica.com web site:

1) PROTECT PROPERTY
2) GET EDUCATED
3) TAKE ACTION? (see rules 1 and 2)

Let's go over these briefly:

1) You can't steal something from someone who doesn't own it to
begin with. Think about the ramifications of that for a minute.

2) Ignorance does NOT have to be terminal! It CAN be cured. Many
who have studied hard have gone into full remission! To
paraphrase Smokey The Bear: "Only YOU Can Prevent Ignorance!" Get
started today.

3) Only when you have satisfied both Rules 1 and 2 -- and only
then -- should you even THINK about taking action, such as no
longer filing non-required returns, etc. In the meantime, join

network with others who have taken a few steps out of the woods
ahead of you, learn the Law, and start getting your ducks lined
