* Constitution Party.org
The Constitution Party formerly known as the US Taxpayers Party has put together a nice little quiz site on their official Internet HQ web site. The quiz's primary focus is on the US Constitution. Also included in this quiz is the occasional history trivia question which has been thrown in for good measure. The quiz revolves around a set of 10 questions. After completion of the examination you have the choice of an additional ten new questions being presented. We found it educational, and sometimes even a little embarrassing, as we even occasionally missed some questions. Open book is permitted. ;~) If you don't have a copy of the Constitution... shame. Check it out here or click on the Constitution Party's banner below.

NEWS:
* The Ministry Of Information for Kids
- By Jerry Brito of Liberzine.com - reprinted with permission.

Last Month, Colorado resident Caitlin Rezac displayed an utter disregard for her community's health and safety. Boulder County health officials shut down her illegal business because her establishment had neither a $110 health license nor a sink. Nicknamed "Soda Girl," and wearing an apron displaying that name, 11-year-old Rezac had the temerity to open a curbside lemonade stand. Luckily, her father has since paid for the health license and a local sink manufacturer made her the present of a portable garden hose sink.

Last week, similar trouble arose when 9-year-old Rachel Caine of Eustius, Florida also had to be shut down by local authorities after years of selling lemonade across the street from her house. After her father got involved, city officials did not press the matter, but issued a new regulation that makes Caine measure eight feet from the curb before she sets up her stand. Her 11-year-old brother's lawn mowing business may also come under investigation.

These outlaw kids could easily have avoided getting into trouble, if only they had visited some of the fun and friendly Web sites the government has set up just for kids. One of these, www.tax.gov/kids, has exciting step-by-step guides for starting your own business, including lawn mowing services and lemonade stands.

The site is part of the federal government's Simplified Tax and Wage Reporting System Web site that makes it "easier" for businesses to pay all their taxes in one place. The "STAWRS Kids" section is colorful and fun. Clicking on "Start Your Own Business" lets you choose what kind of enterprise you're interested in.

Choosing "Lemonade Stand" brings pictures of happy kids making lemonade, selling it, making a profit, and hiring some extra help. Then the fun begins! "Wonderful!" the site announces, "now you have an employee and you need to ask the IRS for an Employee Identification Number (EIN)." It then goes to show you neat rows of the colorful and fun-filled forms you will have to fill out, including the SS-4, the 941, the W-3, the ever-popular 4070, and many more!

"Great Job! You filed correctly," the site congratulates, "now here's where the money goes." A list of the "Benefits of Paying Taxes" pops up which reads: "Support public schools and playgrounds, they pave interstate highways, make sure poor families can still get food, they fund the military, and lots more!" It's the "lots more" that's especially exciting!

In case you forget, a "Why do we pay taxes?" section is always available at www.tax.gov/kids/taxes.htm. Playgrounds are mentioned again, and "help farmers maintain their crops and land" is also listed. Who wouldn't want to pay taxes?!

After kids learn how wonderful taxes are at the tax.gov site, they can choose other cool government sites to visit. "Social Security Kids Stuff" at www.ssa.gov/kids is always a favorite.

There, a series of fables with morals teach valuable lessons. The story of the turtle and the rabbit teach us that "Slow but sure wins the race! With Social Security everybody wins!" It no use explaining to kids that the adage "slow but sure" pertains to savings and not pyramid schemes, and that some, like African-American males, don't necessarily win with Social Security.

"I am a lion," another Social Security fable goes, "When I used to chase the cows, I couldn't get them because they stuck together. I was able to get them one by one after they fought and separated." The moral of the story, the site states, is "United we stand, divided we fall: Social Security protects everyone." It's never too early to instill nationalist fervor into little ones!

But clicking on "Stork" tells the most important story of all. "I am a Social Security Card. I am red, white, and blue. You should have a card with you own special number, which will be the same number for life. Your parents could have got you a card when you were born. Ask you parents if they got you a card… if you do not have a card, have your parents apply for one for you."

How could anyone be caught without their own special number? It's so thoughtful of the federal government that it has kids remind forgetful moms and dads to get them their card. Some day, your own special bar code may be tattooed on your forearm!

Hopefully Caitlin and Rachel can take advantage of this free education from the government. It's colorful and fun and saves parents the trouble of explaining to their kids what they know about taxes and Social Security. Many other federal kids sites are available, including the "Justice Department for Kids," which teaches youngsters how "Hateful Acts Hurt Kids."

With government kids sites everybody wins!

INFORMATION:
* How To Enjoy An IRS Auction
The following outline of How to Enjoy an IRS Auction is an oldie but goodie that circulated some time ago. These documents were created for all after one of our members successfully stopped an IRS auction using this very process. The seized property was returned to the owner under section 6335(e)(1)(D) after the auction process was complete.

These types of tactics may certainly become necessary again as Rosotti again cracks the whip upon the backs of the IRS drones charged with meeting out "compliance" due to falling revenues. These documents are available for download for free under the FILES section at http://www.egroups.com/group/taxfreedom101. And of course we hope that you never need to use this information, and if you have properly protected your property it should not be an issue. However if you or someone you know does in fact need to use this information, this is...
* * * * * * How To Enjoy An IRS Auction * * * * * *

1) Use the generic public notice "Information On The Auction" (see the below in this ezine). Tailor it to fit the particular situation. Copy onto colored paper, perhaps yellow.

2) On an attached page write up ALL the encumbrances against the illegally seized property. Since you are not swearing under penalties of perjury, perhaps you might suddenly recall the friend from whom you recently borrowed money, using the seized property as collateral.

3) On a third page attached write up an affidavit to be signed by the attending IRS agent in authority (see the below in this ezine). Keep pages two and three on white paper.

4) Come to the auction 30 minutes or so prior to the designated time. Pass out the three page stapled "program" stating "Sir/Ma'am, please read this before you consider bidding on the property listed."

5) Have two or three "shills" (friends or members) come to the auction separately from different directions. Give them the same handout with the SAME instructions as though they were actual bidders. Ahead of time, instruct them to take up positions throughout the crowd. Do not have them clump together or acknowledge each other.

6) Just prior to the opening of the bidding, the IRS agent in charge will read a statement stating under what authority, etc., etc. As soon as their legal notice has ended, have one of your friends ask, "It says in this handout that this property was seized without a court order, is that true?" The IRS agents will say that they don't need a court order or that the handouts are not official IRS documents, to which you (the one that is handing out the documents) can respond "But it's all true." Have friend number two ask, "If I win the bid, will you sign this affidavit stating that the property was seized legally so that I will be protected should the owner decide to sue me?" They will say that they will not sign it and probably make reference again that the handouts are not official IRS documents and should be disregarded. (The person handing out the brochures should then say) "I fully intend to fight this sale in the courts with the help of my (dad, brother, sister, uncle) that is an attorney." The friends in the crowd should not argue with the IRS in anyway or they will be singled out as being with you. They are to act as bidders concerned over what they read in the handout you gave them. One of the friends should say to the IRS agent in charge. "If you are not willing to guarantee anything, I'd be crazy to get mixed up in THIS sale." After saying this, WALK AWAY. The bids will open and if you have raised enough doubts in the bidder's minds ....... there should be no bids. Have a nice, day, IRS!

7) Once the sale is closed, go home and write to the District Director demanding your property back under the authority of internal revenue code section 6335(e)(1)(D) "Release to owner in other cases" (look this section up and read it for yourself!).

8) Finally, don't forget to pray!
* * * * * * Information On The Auction * * * * * *

This is a Public Notice to any prospective buyer of the lien on the property listed in the _____________________________ newspaper under the title of NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION. The property is described as having been seized for non-payment of internal revenue taxes allegedly due from ______________________________. The notice states that the property was "seized" under the authority of Internal Revenue Code section 6331 and is being "sold" under the authority of section 6335. However, IN REALITY, both of these code sections were and are being violated. IT IS A FACT that the Internal Revenue Service DID NOT use proper procedures in this matter. The Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution provides that "No person shall ... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation," but in the present case THERE HAS BEEN NO DUE PROCESS. Internal Revenue Code section 7403 requires that the Attorney General or his delegate must first direct a civil action to be filed in a District Court of the United States to render a lien to judgment; THAT HAS NOT BEEN DONE IN THE PRESENT CASE. For this reason, the only thing the IRS has to sell is a LIEN, not a TITLE. Therefore, for these and many other reasons too numerous to be listed here, THE PROPOSED SALE IN THIS INSTANCE IS FRAUDULENT AND ANY BUYER OF THIS LIEN SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR EXTENSIVE LITIGATION. Any buyer is also given warning in the IRS's own NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION, which says "ALL PROPERTY IS OFFERED FOR SALE 'WHERE IS' AND 'AS IS' AND WITHOUT RECOURSE AGAINST THE UNITED STATES," -- In other words, "We guarantee nothing."

For more than 100 years, the United States Supreme Court has held that all laws enacted by Congress must be accepted exactly as they are written. The Internal Revenue Service systematically violates that holding in every lien, levy, and seizure it issues. For further information proving that the IRS is in total violation of all federal laws concerning liens, levies and seizures, call The Tax Freedom 101 Service Bureau at 801-715-0950 or email us at seizureinfo@taxfreedom101.com; say you were referred by ____________________.
The Bottom Line:

THIS IS NOT THE "BARGAIN" IT MAY APPEAR TO BE. THE PURCHASE OF A WORTHLESS, FRAUDULENT LIEN IS NOT A SALE OF TANGIBLE PROPERTY. YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING A TITLE, NOR WILL YOU BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THE IRS -- YOU WILL BE THE LOSER! SUCH A MISTAKE ON YOUR PART COULD INVOLVE YOU IN LENGTHY, EXPENSIVE LITIGATION, AND MAKE YOU AN ACCOMPLICE IN THE CRIMINAL ACTIONS OF THE IRS.
Caveat Emptor -- Buyer Beware!

* * * * * * REQUEST TO IRS FROM PROSPECTIVE AUCTION BIDDER * * * * * *

In order to insure that I not be held jointly liable should a law suit be brought by ____________________________________________ against the IRS agent in charge, I,

(name of prospective purchaser) ______________________________________ request that, prior to my purchasing property held for sale at this auction, an IRS agent in

authority sign the following affidavit, swearing that proper procedure and due process under law were followed as to the method of seizure used with regard to the property

being offered at this auction.

* * * * * * Affidavit of IRS Agent In Charge * * * * * *

I, (name of IRS agent) ____________________________________________________, an employee of the Internal Revenue Service., do hereby swear under penalties of

perjury, that ___________________________________ has a lawful, statutory liability for the taxes the Internal Revenue Service has seized property in payment thereof

and that due process under law has been observed with regard to the method of seizure used in this case.

Further Affiant saith not.

* * * Run the following PUBLIC NOTICE in your local newspaper, preferably three (3) weeks in a row. However, even one (1) week is better than none at all.
- PUBLIC NOTICE -

The PUBLIC AUCTION SALE by the IRS on __(date) __ of my residence will be LITIGATED. The IRS has VIOLATED a myriad of legal requirements in the Assessment, Deficiency and Notice and Demand procedures and, as a result, does NOT have a valid lien substantially, procedurally or administratively and will be CHALLENGED. A successful bidder would OWN the invalid TAX LIEN, and NOT the property itself, and the auction is WITHOUT RECOURSE against the U.S. Government (The IRS will NOT return your money). I am: · an educated citizen · well versed in IRS collection procedures · a "buyer's" worst nightmare. Peter Patriot, Street Address, City, State, ZIP
