We The People's Blue 'Fairy' Folder: Make Me A Real American Worker
Blue Fairy: What is it you wish Pinocchio?
      Pinocchio:
      Make me a real boy!

Did Pinocchio's wish come true? Yes, the fairy tale ends happily ever after, as the little wooden puppet earns the right to be turned into a real boy. The question is, do fairy tale wishes really come true? It all depends on who is writing the book, and what you believe as real.

Examining the American Fairy Tale [Dream]

Everyone knows that whoever composes a story determines its beginning, its middle, and its end. The beginning of the new story called the American Dream was pushed upon the citizenry early last century with the advent of the Federal Reserve System, the passing of the Income Tax, and the infamous 16th Amendment. The next chapter in the beginning of the story quickly brought us into what was known as the roaring twenties, with the repeated message to live large. That message of the world, to live abundantly, and if you wish beyond one's means can be found in 1st John 2:16. The middle of the story has in large part the dream manifesting itself with the illusion of wealth being generated by large portions of society, but only after a plot twist in the chapter called the 'Great Depression' and FDR's benevolently disguised 'New Deal' era, the startling description of which can be found in James 5:1-6. The sad delusion of the 'Happy Times Are Here Again' era then ushered in devastating changes to the political landscape of Constitutional Republicanism upon which the Union States were originally framed to that of Federalized Socialistic Democratization to maintain the beginning of the context of this morbid storyline. The heralded 'Great Generation' as portrayed by some media pundits went on to conquer the world in two major wars, and ensure freedom, prosperity, and wealth for all. Now later generations have inherited the end of the story, where the message is debt and deficits, little hope for savings, higher taxes, less benefits, and continued safety and security in exchange for God-given rights. But who's writing the story? Who's reading the story? And more importantly who believes the story? Will the close of the American Dream be that everyone lives happily ever after, or will the American Fairy Tale end as a nightmare? If history is any indicator, the American Spirit better get busy, and try and figure out what's going on, and ultimately where the road ends up.

      Whose Nose Is Growing Now?

Pinocchio's nose grew when he told a lie, and so it is that our
government's debt grows when it lies. According to the federal Constitution the provision for a balanced budget is maintained by a just mechanism of representation and taxation. Have you ever studied and read that story? When the mechanism of taxation, and its justification becomes unjust the economic principles upon which the law is laid becomes unbalanced, and hence trouble or evidence of trouble follows; such as a national debt, higher taxes, or the promise of 'reform'.

Most American workers continue to allow an unjust mechanism of taxation to flourish and the economic principles upon which it is built to be tolerated. Why? Because they believe the story they've been handed, and trust the ones who are writing it. Ask yourself, are you chasing the American Dream? Do you believe 30 to 50% or more of your wages are required by law to be taken by government? If the answer is yes, then why? How about 90% of your wages? Can we take 90% of your wages? How about just your left arm? It's okay if you believe you owe the tax - that you should pay it. The reality says through what you read exactly what
may happen if you don't pay. Just remember that's the story you are reading, and therefore the reality you're holding on to. It's the American Dream after all.

There's a chance you may come across someone in the future, who tells you that you don't owe 30 to 50% of your wages to government. But if the current story you are reading tells you that you do,
or else, who do you believe? There's certainly a chance you're not enjoying the current chapter of the book you're reading now, but all hope says the book gets better, just keep reading. However, you question yourself and say, gee an extra 30 to 50% of my pay would certainly help me out of this bad chapter I'm reading. The question that needs to be answered is, is the person, and the nation for that matter, who once believed the first story of owing the tax any better off now because they all the sudden believe they don't owe the tax simply since someone told them so? Obviously not, as there is no foundation of fact and truth to replace the old beliefs for the new. Read the story of the French Revolution sometime for answers why mass movements grounded in nothing but envy and resentment can replace something notably bad with something horribly worse. It can be argued that people get the government they deserve!

Make Me A Real American Worker

There is a package moving in the circles of the Constitutional Revival Movement called the 'blue folder' put out by the the We The People Organization. The blue folder contains paperwork and forms to stop tax withholding in the workplace. The credibility for the 'blue folder' overall and its use to have employers stop tax withholding for its employees is hinged largely on legitimate statements, positions, and questions pertaining to the tax law.
This subject matter on lawful taxation was presented by We The People through a formal petition for redress of grievances, but not formally addressed by those who are writing the story of the American Dream [i.e. the government]. The reasons the subject matter on lawful taxation was not addressed by government becomes obvious when one becomes grounded in the story of history and truth, as it relates to the storyline the government is providing its people.

If stopping tax withholding becomes as easy as waiving the WTP "blue 'fairy' folder" wand, so as to turn a covered employee for Social Security purposes back into a Real American Worker responsible for himself, wouldn't you expect that first the citizen would have to stop and look in the mirror and ask himself who he really was before the magical transformation? What was occurring in his or her world prior to their financial liberation, and hopefully their choice for a non-enumerated existence? In other words, what are they responsible for with this new found freedom? Being raised a socialist, numbered and counted as a socialist, and participating in society and the American Dream as a socialist required far less responsibility. But now for this newly found windfall of extra each week the citizen must learn how to live as a real American, and become responsible and self-governing, otherwise find himself back in the suspense and uncertainty of pursing the American Dream, allowing government to ultimately write and determine their future existence.

If keeping all the wage of fiat money each week for the citizen is the only motivating factor behind waving the magic wand, we best be prepared for the backlash when the road becomes difficult for the newly transformed.

What will he or his employer do if either of them report to the government the private contract relationship they had entered into? Will they buckle beneath the pressure of to resume living the American Dream by acquiescing to the filing of returns to avoid punishment, giving out government numbers for services to obtain a future benefit or privilege from their previous world? Will they demand access to the unjust weights and measures system of the debt and credit cycles of the investment or banking system through loans, leveraging, or corporate privilege? Will they slink back for Social Security benefits in old age, or perhaps for some prescription drug benefits? Will these citizens take short-cuts to retain a little money and compromise their stand for the truth, that is if it ever existed, and ultimately open themselves and the Constitutional Revival Movement up as a whole for wider ridicule? These are questions that need to be considered by the citizen latching on to the wand of the blue 'fairy' folder before one can justifiably 'keep it all'.

      Becoming Grounded in the Truth

If a citizen has lived in a world of deceit their entire lives, and have never known the truth, it is unlikely that they will pursue a journey of education to obtain the truth, especially if the carrot of riches is waived before their eyes. Pinocchio had to learn the hard way, and after nearly 90 plus years we too are learning. However there are no short-cuts to the straight and narrow gate, as the broad way and wide gate leads to destruction as explained in Mathew 7:12-15.

The Constitutional Revival Movement needs citizens grounded in truth and fact first, before becoming yet another casualty on the road of the American Dream, or one willing to accept the 'reform' the writers may script.
