Northern District of Texas Dallas Division] http://www.preferredservices.org/Ax_the_Tax.1.html ========================================================= I was just informed that Congress has passed a law which amends 26 USC § 6702, increasing the "frivolous return penalty" from $500 to $5000, and gives the Secretary of the Treasury the power to make up a list of "frivolous" issues subject to the tax. Of course, citing what the LAW ITSELF SAYS (e.g. 26 USC § 861 and its regulations) will no included as a "frivolous" argument. Also remember that the IRS lawyers just declared that citizens cannot record Appeals meetings, or bring a court reporter, or even bring a witness. Several people have asked how they can do this, in light of 26 USC § 7521. Well, that leads me to the point of this note... Governments do not give up power willingly. Ever. Not in good times, not in bad times. Never. Ever. Got it? Never. When it looks like they are, look more closely. They aren't. Ever. (How many of you thought the Republican party was actually going to reduce the size and power of government?) The federal politicians, lawyers, and bureaucrats, will soon be losing not only a TRILLION DOLLARS a year in payments, but more importantly, all of the power, control and influence that the "tax code" (misapplied) gives them over YOUR life, and the lives of all your neighbors. As the fraud falls, what you think of as "your" country will begin to look like those nasty regimes you read about in history books. Those nasty regimes whose idea of "due process" is getting some poor victim alone, off the record, and telling him the nasty things that will happen to him if he doesn't go along with... wait a minute, that's what Appeals meetings are. Well then, those nasty regimes in which the mere peasant folk are not fit to discuss the law, and are punished if they don't bow to whatever any bureaucrat asserts that the law says. Oops, that's what they use 6702 for. Um... how about... those nasty regimes which are run by threats and intimidations, instead of by the rule of law. Um... Make no mistake. If you want your freedom, and if you want this fraud to end, you will have to MAKE IT END, and you will have to do it WITHOUT the cooperation of ANYONE inside the system. Don't beg your congressman to do the right thing. Your congressman is a parasitic, god-complex psychopath who doesn't give a damn about your interests. He is not your "servant"; you are his subject. Don't ever forget that, and don't buy the sickening rhetoric that pretends otherwise. You are being robbed of thousands of dollars. Is that okay? Are you willing to keep quiet, do what you must to avoid trouble, and leave this situation to your kids? I'm not. Hey trouble, COME GET ME! Be patient, but do not be passive. Do not ask for your freedom; CLAIM IT and TAKE IT. It is yours; it is not the politicians' to hand out as party favors. About 226 years ago, a bunch of people figured out that they had to openly fight the system. They had to do it on a battlefield, where lots of people died. I am hopeful that the impending Second American Revolution will be bloodless, though I expect the beneficiaries of the fraud to escalate their intimidations and terrorism tactics as high as they can. They have already begun. Those of us who know the truth must start to make some very serious decisions, which can only be made on an individual basis. When the feds get nasty, at what point will you buckle? What threats does the IRS have to make to you to get you to agree to surrender your future, and your children's, in exchange for the temporary avoidance of "trouble"? Again, if we must go through "trouble" to end this fraud (and we must), then I say BRING ON THE TROUBLE. "Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did, and it never will. Find out just what people will submit to, and you have found out the exact amount of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them, and these will continue till they have resisted with either words or blows, or with both.
