I was severely injured by Pearl Insurance Companies for violation(s) of federal and state constitutional rights, Violation(s) of federal and state laws, discrimination of civil rights, after being officially hired.

I had completed and signed the employment agreement on 7/13/06 as received via email and then faxed it back to Pearl Insurance Companies.

I had made a statement to the human resources department after reading specific Federal laws and cases that it was not mandatory requirement (by Federal Law) for a employee to divulge his/her social security number. I never stated that it was my intent not to divulge his social security number.

I had a telephone conversation with Executive Vice President, in which stated that if I did not reveal his social security number that his position would be terminated and Pearl Insurance Companies would hire another candidate. Furthermore, I stated and agreed that he would fully comply to all requirements as required by law.

Then the human resources department had called me on 8/02/06 stating that Pearl Insurance Companies was rescinding their previously confirmed employee agreement without cause or validation or reason for their sudden decision.

I want to file a tort claim against them - all suggestions are welcomed.

Consequently, your same rules just will not apply ...." -- Dwight E.
