Everything went well UNTIL>>>>

I have volunteered out of the system, or so I thought, about seven years ago. In with a local group we helped other get rid of the SS Number, helped fight against tax seizures foreclosures and nearly every field including drivers license.
Well my suggestion was getting a car owned out of State and an IDP. I was stopped once and was involved in an accident or two over the past 7 years. After I explained my position, in most cases, I was let go without a whole bunch of fuss.
UNTIL January of this year. Coming back from a friends meeting I had noticed I was being followed. I tried some minorly evasive moves. The car stayed right on my tail. It did not look like a standard cruiser so I thought I'd get off on an exit ramp, pull to the side to see what they would do. Red and Blues went on undercover cop. Stated I was weaving like a drunk. DO NOT THINK SO . She did not cite for that but discovered I had an IDP and called in a very nasty State cop.

Unitl it was over I returned the ticket unsigned with NO LIABILITY EVIDENCED Written on the front. They immediately threatened enter a plea, give us money or arrest warrant will be issued. I held this off by non statutory abatement for maybe a week and the threats increased so I did a UCC assignment, which had partially worked before.
When I got another threat I arranged a special visitation to try to clear the subject up. BIG MISTAKE the DM held me ransom for $200 bail which my friend came up with.
They will not acknowledge the IDP. This State does not allow someone to get a driver's license w/o a SSN and the old 999-99-9999 in place of the SSN is now, in many States taken as an illegal foreign immigrant, or terrorrist..
