Framed again by the IRS

In September of this year I went to work for Names and Frames in Columbus. Having been a finishing carpenter for most of the last year I knew I would enjoy doing this kind of work. On the third day there I was given the paper work necessary to get paid. I have not used an SSN since I revolked and recinded my signature some eight years ago, however, I did contribute for some 30 years before doing the revocation. In any event, I was fired for not having a SSN, and was told I could return to work as soon as I got one. The owner told me he was following the directions of the IRS, after they had informed him that I was to fill out certain "religious" documents to work. This I refused to do since this would have been a lie.
They withheld maximum withholdings from my check, so I politely, return it and ask for one in the proper amount. To date (over 60 days) I have not been paid and even got notice where he had informed the Department of Labor (Georgia) of his actions. Now I want to do something. This kind of servitude has got to stop, at least for me. Can anyone tell what might be the most effective procedure to take against this kind action???
