Title:Weak Willed Woman
Album:Lobster Optimus

Notes:

This song was written by John. He came into the studio with the idea for the song and we worked it out. he had some guitar parts for the verse in his head. I came up with the music for the chorus parts. As we were recording I asked John, "What's with this? Can't you make up your mind?" to which he replied, "That's what the song is about!."

The recording went fairly easily and we got some great guitar sounds on it. We didn't have a lot of retakes or overdubs on this one.

Weak Willed Woman

Lyrics by John Lister

I want a weak willed woman; One who wants to dress up like a French maid
I want a strong willed woman; One whose not afraid tie you up with her braids
I can see her on the weekends, she doesn’t seem to mind if I do
She’s content to live without me, That really seems to calm all the rigamaro

I want a weak willed woman; One who’ll wash my clothes and iron my shirts
I want a strong willed woman; One who’ll not put up with anyone’s dirt
She can see me in the daytime, or even late into the night
Unless she opts to wear a blindfold, My libido is a hopin’ that she might

Chorus
Sometimes I see her in my mind, five foot three and full of kind
Blonde hair, blue eyes, and pearly whites, the kind that keep you up at night

I want a weak willed woman; One who’ll get my food from out of the fridge
I want a strong willed woman; One who wants to throw me off of a bridge
I can see her on the weekend, if she ever really wanted me to
I could alter my reactions, then maybe we could finally be two

  Chorus
Sometimes I see her in my mind, five foot two and full of kind
Blonde hair, blue eyes, and pearly whites, the kind that keep you up at night
