Sign Brace
Measuring 24" arm length and made of the finest vertical grain western red cedar, two beams joined mortice and tenon with curved Chippendale brace and Roman Ogee routing. For maximum strength, all joints are both glued and screwed with our exclusive screw rebar pattern. Each brace passes through our extensive 5 step finishing process, filling, double oil priming, and twice staining with acrylic latex in white or off-white. Hand brushed surface texture, recessed mounting holes with cover caps and 23 carrot Gold anodized aluminum plaque.
