High impact PVC junction box with GFCI duplex waterproof outlet and waterproof hinged cover.
3/4" PVC pipe at base of junction box safely protects Romex wire. Junction box is fastened to granite posts with expansion anchors and screws. For cedar posts, wood screws make a solid and reliable installation.

Outdoor circuits require only one GFCI outlet. Additional lantern posts with electrical outlets on the same circuit require NON GFCI outlets. Sometimes the GFCI outlet for outdoor light fixtures is already installed in your home near the fuse box.
